Mauro: land of the high sand dunes

The innermost space at the festival, Mauro will allow visitors to borrow, share, sell or buy their own slice of the desert state. It is how we aim to bring the cult back into culture. Gorging up on some dal bati churma, learning how to tie the perfect pheta, buying yourself an embroidered silk kurta, learning to cook the delectable ker sangri or simply hopping on for a free camel ride within the premises – every experience here, rest assured, will have the personality of a true blue banjara.

Anything but boring, Mauro is a work of art born from the labours of our love for the land. Precisely the reason we threw in a bar as well. After all, what goes better with art and love than a pint of chilled beer?

Area Includes: Food Stalls, Restaurants, Stalls, Cash Counter, Foreign Exchange, Bar

Timings: *Certain Restaurants, Stalls and the Cash Counter are operational 24/7 while the rest of space shuts at the convenience of the stall owner post 11:00 pm.

Is the hot air balloon ride and other activities at an extra cost or is it inclusive in the pass cost?

Some activities are free like tea and water at the festival. However adventure sports are charged.

Hey Sukriti, for a modest 3 meals a day and no alcohol anywhere between 600 and 1000 INR/day. Chai-Paani at the festival is free though there are set timings for Chai being served. Alcohol will cost between 100 and 200 per drink on an average.
